Starting pay is $29.15 – $59.60 per hour, depending on experience & location with the total wage/benefit package of over $100/hr..
Experience: Journeyman or 3 year experienced TAB Technician (depending on held/desired certifications)

Duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Perform TAB services for air and hydronic heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in new construction and renovation projects
- Test and balance HVAC systems using established NEBB procedures with company-provided testing equipment
- Document all test results with true and accurate methods using company documentation procedures
- Communicate any deficiencies or recommendations to supervisor and client continuously throughout the project
- Coordinate closely with other construction trades such as electrical, mechanical, control contractor, and design team
- Uphold the company’s values and exhibit a strong work ethic at all times
- Follow all company, jobsite, and OSHA safety policies and practices
- Continually improve and develop technical skills to better serve our clients
- Minimum 5 year HVAC experience.
- Valid Drivers License
- Valid Social Security Number
- TABB, NEBB and/or AABC certifications not required but highly desired!!
