Job Description
Support the development of nutritional liquid and powder products for global markets, assisting in Reagent manufacturing. You will conduct investigations on internal nonconformance’s and customer complaints, contribute to developing and improving manufacturing processes, and participate in cross-functional team meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Design experiments, testing schemes, analyze data, and report findings.
- Write protocols and reports; present results to the team.
- Assist in manufacturing experimental products in pilot facilities and plants by creating instructions, ordering and weighing ingredients, and assembling batches.
- Coordinate analytical testing, prepare testing protocols, and review results.
- Support pre and post-manufacturability reviews for research batches.
- Utilize data analytics to identify trends and generate insights.
- Conduct product evaluations, including in-process testing for pH, viscosity, and solids.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with GMP, ISO, FDA regulations, and process/test method validations is a plus.
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Physical ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
