Key Duties And Responsibilities
- End-to-End Technology Solutions: Ensure that CLM solutions meet business needs through coordination with technology teams and external partners.
- Project Planning: Collaborate closely with the DTE Project Lead, PM, and stakeholders to develop and maintain an accurate project plan.
- Process and Requirements Gathering: Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements and drive action items to resolution.
- Technical Recommendations: Research and recommend technical solutions in partnership with platform owners.
- Project Participation: Engage in daily project activities including analysis, documentation, configuration, testing, integration, and reporting.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors such as Deloitte, PwC, and Icertis to ensure project alignment.
- Change Management: Lead the organizational change management strategy to promote user adoption of new processes.
- Leadership: Results-oriented leader with a track record of on-time delivery for complex, cross-functional projects with global stakeholders.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting clearly to diverse audiences.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, and prioritization abilities, including developing business cases and value propositions.
- Project Management: Substantial expertise in program/project management, demand management, resource management, and the system development life cycle.
- Agile Methodology: Proficient in Agile practices and experience working in Agile environments.
- Technical Understanding: Strong grasp of software development life cycle concepts, information security, and digital transformation.
- Adaptability: Flexible and able to thrive in a fast-paced, continuously changing business environment.
- Collaboration: Highly collaborative mindset with a focus on facilitating team communication and building strong relationships across various stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a technology discipline or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 8 years in transformation roles within a technology environment or a comparable combination of education and experience.
- CLM Experience: Experience implementing enterprise-wide technology changes related to contract lifecycle management, particularly in healthcare organizations/providers.
- Icertis Experience: Familiarity with the Icertis Contract Lifecycle Management platform.
- Vendor Interaction: Experience working with multiple implementation partners.
- Industry Experience: Background in high-growth biotechnology companies is a plus.
