- Develop FMEA processes for existing and new equipment/parts.
- Should be able to test any equipment perform data analysis to predict failures and prevent them before they cause downtime.
- Use performance evaluation tests to find potential safety and production risks.
- Find recurring failures and perform root cause analysis to understand them and recommend corrective actions.
- Comply with the life cycle management process, system test and failure analysis experience.
