Human Factors Engineer

Key Responsibilities
- Apply human factors expertise to product design and evaluation within the R&D division.
- Utilize human factors principles and techniques to support continuous glucose monitoring product development.
- Prepare usability engineering documentation, including task and risk analyses.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Factors Engineering, Experimental Psychology, Cognitive Psychology, Industrial Design, or a related field.
- 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge in human factors, cognitive psychology, software development processes, and usability.
- Proven track record in implementing new processes and delivering value-added software engineering information.
- Ability to work independently and in a team in a dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel internationally up to 10%.
- Experience with FDA-regulated Class 2 or 3 medical devices.
- Knowledge of diabetes and related products.
- Familiarity with Quality System Regulations (QSR) and Usability Engineering Files.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication across organizational levels.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and attention to detail.
