Job Description
- Work as an onsite I&C Engineer in a process plant environment, delivering designs and engineering packages for power and instrumentation installation.
- Define the scope of work, coordinate with the offshore team, and deliver engineering deliverables.
- Engage with customers to gather inputs necessary for completing engineering designs.
- Coordinate with vendors and construction teams to gather required information for completing designs.
- Attend design reviews and obtain necessary approvals.
- Support construction and startup activities; lead electrical startup of all process and packing equipment.
- Extensive experience in developing engineering design packages for industrial plants, including instrument datasheets and wiring diagrams.
- Knowledge of PLC and SCADA systems is essential, along with experience in LV electrical distribution design compliant with NEC standards.
- Familiarity with control panel design as per UL508A and previous experience in system commissioning and validation is a plus.
