Job Description
- As an Inventory Analyst I, you will manage and optimize inventory within the US field for a global leader in Cardiac Rhythm Technologies. You will work closely with the supply chain, sales, and customer service teams to ensure efficient inventory flow and adherence to policies.
- Develop and execute processes to manage field inventory.
- Optimize inventory levels, minimize scrap and freight expenses.
- Collaborate with sales teams to set inventory targets and manage product routing.
- Monitor and maintain inventory, ensuring adherence to policies.
- Implement Use Before Date policies and manage stock rotation.
- Resolve inventory discrepancies and coordinate cycle counts.
- Create reports using Excel and ERP systems to track inventory issues.
- Support company initiatives and comply with FDA regulations and QMS/EMS requirements.
- Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or related field.
- Experience in customer service, purchasing, or material management.
