Key Responsibilities
- Design and improve insert molding processes for medical devices.
- Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Analyze current processes for cost savings and improved efficiency.
- Provide technical support to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions.
- Collaborate with the quality team to meet FDA and ISO standards.
- Manage projects from concept to production, coordinating timelines and resources.
- Work with product development and R&D to introduce new manufacturing techniques.
- Keep detailed documentation of all processes, including SOPs and validation protocols.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in insert molding, preferably in the medical device sector.
- Skilled in process development and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of FDA and ISO 13485 standards..
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on continuous improvement.
