Masters and Ph.D degrees are over qualified for this role.

- Take incoming complaints, review them, make regulatory reportary decisions.
- File management experience required.
- Knowledge of global regulations for medical device reporting and medical terminology.
- Med device background.
- DHR and Risk reviews.
- Detail oriented and get things done.
- Must be good at using Microsoft office tools.
- SAP experience is plus.
