Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate projects by creating detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
- Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients.
- Recruit, assign, and evaluate staff performance, ensuring the development and maintenance of team competence.
- Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand to assess project feasibility.
- Collaborate with management, production, and marketing teams to discuss project specifications and procedures.
- Review, recommend, or approve contracts and cost estimates.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

- Support NPI, NTI, & NSI DR/PR & GW Review archiving.
- Provide Obeya support, including material preparation and action item follow-up.
- Conduct data mining/extraction related to cost, demand, warranty, and reliability.
- Lead NSI Program activities and general program support.
- Manage knowledge archiving for NPI, NTI, & NSI DR/PR and GW Review materials, ensuring appropriate metadata associations across Core Components.
- Lead the preparation of Obeya materials and follow up on action items.
- Perform data mining for NPI, NTI, and NSI projects across Core Components.
- Provide general program support for NPI, NTI, & NSI initiatives.
- Oversee NSI Program Leadership tasks.
- Daily interactions with peers, engineers, supply chain, operations, and purchasing personnel to support outlined responsibilities.
Technical Skills:
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams across design, manufacturing, supply chain, accounting, and purchasing.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite of tools.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and understand program financials.
- Previous experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Client NSI, NPI, and NTI processes.
- Training in 6Sigma or Lean methodologies.
- Knowledge of Client data systems related to demand, cost, warranty, and reliability.
- Experience in project planning.
- Familiarity with PowerBI.
