Job Overview
- We are seeking two experienced Senior Manufacturing Engineers to provide onsite support at our Houston, TX facility.
- The ideal candidates will have a strong background in Polymer Development, Molding, Design, and Machining Materials.
- You will play a key role in the design, development, and optimization of manufacturing processes to ensure the highest level of efficiency and quality.
- Lead the development and optimization of manufacturing processes for polymer-based products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new products.
- Provide technical expertise in molding, machining, and material selection to ensure optimal product performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues to minimize downtime and ensure product quality.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and safety.
- Prepare and present reports on project status, process improvements, and production metrics.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and technicians.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering with a focus on polymer development, molding, and machining.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and product design.
- Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and team collaboration abilities.
