- Develop technical documentation, including articles, reports, brochures, and manuals.
- Coordinate graphics display and production of documents.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, managers, and operational teams to standardize processes.
- Produce 80 documents (NNI and PRC) using templates and guidelines (GSG).
- Extract information from meetings, provided documents, and systems.
- Tools utilized: MS Office, Salesforce, and PowerPoint.
- Bachelor’s degree or 2-4 years of relevant experience.
- Strong organization, time management, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in critical thinking and technical writing.
- 2 years as a technical writer or document specialist.
- Experience with process standardization and stakeholder collaboration.
