Role Overview

Challenge yourself: Maintain, troubleshoot, and restore production machinery and equipment to peak performance in our bustling facility. Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform regular maintenance, thorough inspections, and precise repairs on production tools, especially CNC and grinding machines.
• Solve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues efficiently.
• Engage in preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and bolster machinery longevity.
• Address urgent maintenance calls promptly to avoid production delays.
• Work hand-in-hand with engineering and production teams to ensure optimal equipment functionality and seek continuous improvement avenues.
• Document and maintain meticulous maintenance records and details of repairs and parts utilized.
• Always adhere to and promote safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
• Contribute to equipment installations, enhancements, and adjustments as needed.
• Assess machine efficiency and propose enhancements to boost productivity.

Candidate Qualifications

• Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory; however, technical certification or advanced vocational training in industrial maintenance is desired.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing maintenance role, with a preference toward CNC machining expertise.
• Comprehensive understanding of mechanical systems, including CNC systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electronics.
• Skilled in interpreting blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
• Competence in utilizing hand tools, power apparatuses, and diagnostic equipment.
• Outstanding problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Capable of working both autonomously and collaboratively with a team.
• Unwavering commitment to safety standards and meticulous attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work extra hours or weekends as the job demands.
