Key Responsibilities:
Load/unload high-temp box furnaces, die quench presses, and work baskets.
Operate shot blast and automatic blasting equipment.
Complete accurate documentation for all heat treat records.
Confirm calibration, PMs, and pyrometric requirements for gauges and equipment.
Apply carburizing/nitriding stop-off paints via brush or dip methods.
Assemble components with hardware as specified in operation sketches.
Execute copper stripping and selective painting per internal procedures.
Maintain blasting equipment, monitor abrasive levels, and perform routine maintenance.
Ensure all steel parts are properly cleaned without excessive material removal.
Qualifications:
Prior manufacturing experieince preferred
Comfortable working in a high-paced, industrial environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented with good problem-solving ability.
Self-driven and reliable.
Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.
