Responsibilities:
- Oversee and perform equipment maintenance and preventive maintenance programs
- Supervise and coordinate the maintenance team to ensure efficient operations
- Implement and manage a CMMS system to track work orders and PM compliance
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures
- Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues, optimizing equipment performance
- Develop and maintain maintenance schedules and documentation
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in equipment maintenance within a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Expertise in preventive maintenance programs and maintenance management
