Your Impact
- Ensure top-notch management of the IATF-16949 quality system.
- Champion initiatives to meet customer quality expectations and reduce defects.
- Lead final product inspections, guarantee smooth product flow, and address nonconformities.
- Drive department excellence in personnel training and operational efficiency.
- Work collaboratively to resolve any quality complaints, finding swift corrective actions.
- Participate in Advanced Product Quality Planning meetings to mitigate processing concerns.
- Uphold the calibration system's integrity and manage PPAP documentations.
What We Seek
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or manufacturing technology, or equivalent expertise.
- Minimum of 5 years in a quality management role, with a preference for ASQ certification.
- Proficiency in IATF 16949 standards and a collaborative spirit.
