This role is a combination of hands-on quality inspection and supervisory responsibilities, ideal for an experienced professional in manufacturing quality. Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and maintain certification requirements.
- Oversee daily quality inspection processes to ensure products meet required specifications.
- Identify and resolve quality issues, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Train and guide staff on quality protocols and QMS procedures.
- Maintain and update quality documentation, including policies, procedures, and reports.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure quality standards are integrated into manufacturing processes.
- Conduct internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of the QMS and identify improvement opportunities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for quality-related matters, both internally and externally.
