National Sales Representative

Proven success with a sales background in the commercial signage industry is required. If you want the challenge of helping a company continue to grow into a national leader in commercial signage, then this opportunity is for you.

Responsibilities :

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities for commercial signage.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction with our products and services.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored signage solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Generate and follow up on leads, managing the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Collaborate with our design and production teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities.
  • Attend industry trade shows and networking events to promote our company and products.
  • Qualifications :

  • 3-5 years of experience in commercial sign sales, with a proven track record of generating new
  • business.
  • Strong self-starter with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Compensation

    With highly competitive and uncapped commission, the national sales rep can expect to earn

    anywhere between $100k to $200k annually depending on how much business they bring in (assuming $600k to $1.5m in sales). In addition, a bi-weekly salary is typically paid based on projections of annual sales. However, they are flexible on how to structure compensation depending on your needs and experience level.
