We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our dynamic team in Downers Grove, IL. This position is available for both 1st and 2nd shifts and focuses on precision machining within the aerospace industry. Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC lathes (2-4 axis and 5 axis) to produce high-quality aerospace components.
- Interpret and work from blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate machining.
- Apply GD&T principles to maintain precision and quality standards throughout production runs.
- Perform machine setups for production runs, ensuring optimal efficiency and minimal downtime.
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on Haas and DMG Mori Seiki machines.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize processes and improve production workflows.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
