Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent work experience.
- 3 years of relevant, hands-on electrical engineering experience, preferably in a heavy equipment or machinery environment.
- Strong understanding of industrial electrical systems (e.g., 12V/24V DC, hydraulic controls, PLCs, sensors).
- Experience with retrofitting, wiring, and troubleshooting complex systems.
- Comfortable working in the shop, as well as visiting customer sites or rail yards.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative on problem-solving tasks.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for field service or support.
