Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing our advanced, automated production equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience working with high-tech machinery in a clean, controlled environment and be committed to ensuring the efficient and secure operation of our facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on automated machinery and equipment used in the manufacturing of credit cards.
- Conduct regular inspections and diagnostics of machines to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Respond quickly and efficiently to equipment malfunctions and breakdowns to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to improve machinery reliability, performance, and productivity.
- Maintain detailed maintenance logs, documenting repairs, replacements, and inspections according to company standards.
- Assist with the installation of new machinery and equipment as the facility expands and upgrades its technology.
- Follow all safety and security protocols, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and adhere to environmental, health, and safety guidelines.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification or associate degree in a related field is preferred).
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in a high-tech, automated manufacturing or similar environment.
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery, including robotic systems, automated conveyors, and precision equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and maintaining a safe working environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
