What are the responsibilities and job description for the Industrial Maintenance Electrician, 2nd Shift position at TekPro?
TekPro is partnered with a world leading Beverage Manufacturer in the South Milwaukee area in their search for an Industrial Maintenance Technicians! We have multiple openings on 2nd and 3rd shift for Industrial Electricians and Mechanics, and the positions are direct hire with excellent salary, overtime and benefits. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Responsible for the repair and upkeep of the facility and its machinery.
Perform preventative (PM) maintenance tasks on company equipment.
Execute timely hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical machine repairs per work orders.
Perform routine maintenance around the building.
Repair plumbing to avoid water damage and restore full use of water fixtures.
Work on electrical up to 480v
Knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, HMI
Perform hazardous communication audits and address potential safety hazards.
Practice and maintain efficient housekeeping.
Other duties as assigned.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma, GED, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and / or
experience that provides the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities.
1-5 years of related experience in packing machines / production machines with specific
experience in the food industry
Understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques
Compliance and understanding of safety rules and regulations by participating in annual
training.
Must be flexible to work weekends and other shifts as needed.
Self-motivated and able to work well independently and in a team setting.
You should be proficient in :
