JOB SUMMARY

As an Epicor Consultant for Tekro LLC, you will collaborate with clients, key stakeholders, and internal teams to implement, optimize, and support Epicor ERP solutions. Reporting directly to the owner, you will play a key role in Epicor module configuration, business process analysis, and end-user training.

We are seeking an experienced Epicor ERP professional to join our team. Since our work spans various aspects of Epicor, expertise in any single module or multiple modules is valuable. As an Epicor partner, Tekro LLC has been experiencing significant growth in ERP implementation and ongoing support, making this an exciting opportunity to contribute to our expanding success.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

Epicor ERP Implementation & Optimization:

• Assist in the setup, configuration, and implementation of new Epicor modules
• Review existing Epicor setups and assess alignment with business objectives
• Provide recommendations for module configuration, workflow improvements, and process automation.

Client Engagement & Business Process Consulting:

• Work closely with customers to understand their business operations and tailor Epicor solutions to their needs
• Identify inefficiencies in Epicor usage and recommend best practices
• Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring clients fully leverage their Epicor ERP investment
• Manage and report daily time tracking with accuracy and adherence to deadlines.

Training & Support:

• Conduct testing and training sessions for end-users and management
• Document processes, configurations, and best practices for internal and client use.

Cross-Training & Knowledge Sharing:

• Participate in internal knowledge-sharing sessions to strengthen Tekro LLC’s Epicor expertise
• Stay up to date with Epicor updates and new features.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES

Strong knowledge of Epicor modules, workflows, and best practices

• 3 years of hands-on experience with Epicor is required.
• Passion for problem-solving, business process improvement, and ERP solutions
• Strong communication skills – able to listen, explain, and guide others through ERP functionalities
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team
• Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site client engagements
• Understanding of Manufacturing Operations.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Minimum three (3) years' hands-on experience with Epicor EPR versions
• Candidates with Epicor certifications and previous consulting experience will be given special consideration
• Must be a United States Citizen.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
