Job Description:
Responsibilities:
· Troubleshooting and redirecting customer tickets to the respective team to re-solve the tickets related to Telematics device.
· Supporting vehicle validation team to execute and monitor the test cases for Over- the Air.
· Analyzing the J1939 CAN logs of issues from vehicle testing and supporting development team to find the Root cause.
· Should proactively interact with cross functional teams to debug and find root cause for the issues.
· Supporting QA Testing on telematics device test bench to execute test case for production release.
Requirements:
· Must have lighting program work experience.
· 6 years of working experience in Automotive lighting development.
· Should coordinate with engineers located at different global technical centers.
· Co-ordination with OEM and supplier resident engineer if required.
· Required: Catia V5, Team center, Microsoft Office.
· Optional: Ansys Speos. Ansys Mechanica
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 per week
