The Role
Responsibilities :
- Facilitate Ideation Sessions : Lead collaborative brainstorming sessions with cross-functional teams to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
- Conduct Design Thinking Workshops : Organize and facilitate design thinking workshops to explore user needs, define problems, and prototype solutions.
- Guide Initial Discovery Process : Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, user needs, and market trends, ensuring alignment throughout the design process.
- User Research : Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to gather insights into user behavior and preferences.
- Create User Personas and Journey Maps : Develop detailed user personas and journey maps to visualize user experiences and identify pain points.
- Prototype Development : Work with designers and developers to create low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts.
- Iterative Testing and Feedback : Implement user testing sessions to gather feedback and iterate on designs based on user insights.
- Documentation and Communication : Document design processes, decisions, and outcomes, and effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
