Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in Mainframe Testing.
- Hands-on experience with TSO/ISPF, JCL, COBOL, DB2, VSAM, and CICS.
- Strong knowledge of batch processing and scheduling tools (CA-7, Control-M).
- Experience in writing and executing SQL queries for database validation.
- Familiarity with test automation and scripting (REXX, Python, or Shell scripting is a plus).
- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience with API testing (SOAP/REST services) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with performance testing tools (LoadRunner, JMeter).
- Exposure to cloud-based mainframe modernization projects.
- Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and test automation integration.
