Strong Analytical skills (as we need to work on support).
Understand technical document requirements from clients, study the existing technology landscape and up to work on issues.

Maintain availability of deployed systems
Hands on experience with CICS change requests and architecture.
Hands on experience with mainframe coding and confident enough to create functionality from scratch.
Be proactive and up for face technical challenges.
