Job Description: Oracle CX Cloud - CPQ Techno Functional Consultant
Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Oracle CPQ Techno-Functional Consultant to join our AMS support team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle CPQ Cloud, with a focus on providing ongoing support, maintenance, and optimization of CPQ applications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide day-to-day support for Oracle CPQ applications, including troubleshooting issues, performing root cause analysis, and implementing fixes.
• Manage and maintain CPQ configurations, including product bundles, pricing models, approval workflows, and BOM configurations.
• Support integrations with other enterprise systems such as Oracle ERP, and other third-party applications. Ensure seamless data flow and process integration.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of CPQ applications to ensure high availability and responsiveness.
• Manage incidents and problems related to CPQ applications, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on business operations.
Must Have:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or any degree.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience working with Oracle CPQ Cloud, including implementation, support, and customization.
• Build and optimize product bundles, pricing models, approval workflows, and BOM configurations. Implement advanced BOM rules and ensure robust guided selling processes.
• Expertise in Oracle CPQ/BigMachines and related integration platforms. Proficient in BigMachines Markup Language (BML), BMQL, JSON, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML.
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and other middleware solutions.
• Experience with web services standards and technology including WSDL, SOAP, REST, XSL.
• Should be familiar with CPQ implementation best practices and standard documentation.
Optional:
• Oracle CPQ certification.
• Experience with CRM systems, Oracle CRM, Sales force.
• Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
Generic Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand and address client requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams across regions (APAC and North America).
Work Environment: This role is based out of US and from customer location.
