Job Description:
10 years Salesforce experience (Salesforce B2C commerce cloud (SFCC) and Salesforce Inventory Management (SOM).
- Salesforce Service Cloud professional with a background in implementing and optimizing customer service solutions, Good in case management, knowledge base creation, and integrating Omni-Channel (phone, email, chat) routing to streamline support processes.
- Good knowledge on APEX development in creating custom objects, custom tabs, triggers, apex classes and controllers.
- Salesforce Commerce cloud B2C architect with 2 full lifecycle experience as a lead.
