Senior Business Analyst
Jersey City, NJ
6 months Contract to Hire
Work onsite from Day 1 on Hybrid basis (3 days a week)
Must Have: Investment Accounting, DB knowledge of at least one of Geneva or Mantra or Investran.
Skills Required:
- Senior Business Analyst with 10 Year of Experience Financial Services & Asset Management.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for financial products, investment strategies and asset management solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance portfolio management, risk analysis, and regulatory compliance processes.
- Develop and optimize workflows, data models, and reporting structures to improve operational efficiency.
- Work closely with IT teams to implement technology solutions, ensuring seamless integration with financial systems.
- Conduct market research, trend analysis, and competitor benchmarking to support strategic decision-making.
