UX/UI Designer

Location: Jersey City, New Jersey
Day one onsite
UX/UI Designer with the following skillset:
- We are seeking a highly skilled UX/UI Designer to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UX architecture and a passion for creating user-cantered designs.
- This role involves collaborating with developers, QA teams, and cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility, front-end compliance, and alignment with business goals.
- 4 years of UX/UI experience, with at least 1 year in UX architecture.
- Mandatory Skills: Expertise in Axure RP, Figma, Photoshop Suite, Zeplin, Pendo, and Google Analytics.
- Strong knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility and remediation.
- Experience with enterprise design systems and UX governance.
- Secondary Skills: Understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
