Job Title: ADAS Design Engineer
Location: Raymond, OH (Onsite)
Duration: Fulltime
Key words:
- BS Degree in ME/EE.
- Design Engineer with over 5 years of engineering experience in creation of Active Safety components (ADAS) e.g. Camera, Sensors, Lidar and Radar
- Create concept, specification setting and layout creation and negotiation capability
- CATIA V5/V6 experience.
- Ability to design plastic and sheet metal parts and assmeblies.
- Create layouts and 2D drawings for components and assembly.
- Conducts design feasibility and cost analysis, strength calculations, material selection, part construction, part specification, scheduling and coordinating
- activities involved in prototyping, fabricating and manufacturing of assigned parts and systems.
- Must be proficient in technical writing and possess computer skills for scientific and technical applications.
- Must be able to proficiently handle multiple projects and develop analytical procedures.
- Work with suppliers to assure parts/services are requested appropriately, evaluate technical proposals, and write technical reports.
- Make technical decisions with moderate supervision.
- Ability to report research and test results in various technical formats
