Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled CNC Programmer with experience in UG NX, Creo, and GD&T to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in CNC programming, engineering drawing interpretation, and machining processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize CNC programs using UG NX or Creo.
- Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), and drawing standards.
- Set up, test, and modify CNC programs for efficiency and precision.
- Troubleshoot machining issues and improve manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with engineers and machinists to ensure quality and accuracy in production.
- Maintain documentation for CNC programs and tooling setups.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of CNC programming experience.
- Proficiency in UG NX and/or Creo for programming.
- Strong knowledge of GD&T and engineering drawing standards.
- Experience with CNC machining processes and tooling.
- Ability to analyze and optimize machining operations for efficiency.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
- Experience with 5-axis CNC programming.
- Knowledge of CAM software for toolpath optimization.
- Understanding of materials and cutting tool selection.
- Exposure to Lean Manufacturing & Process Improvement.
