Job Details:
• The Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) Administrator will be part of the Identity & Access Management Run Team within the Corporate Cyber Security Division.
• The candidate will be responsible for OIM administration, including application on-boarding, account reconciliations, job monitoring, release deployments user & system account provisioning and entitlement setup.
• Handle requests and incident through ticketing queues within ServiceNow.
• Complete user stories assigned to an iteration within Rally.
• Candidate must exhibit the ability to identify risks, work out possible solutions with internal clients and Lines of Businesses.
• They are encouraged to handle tasks assigned to them with little or no supervision while escalating to Scrum Master and Product Owner as necessary.
• We will drive compliance and security within client, which will help ensure only the right people have the appropriate access for the right reasons.

• Running of jobs, monitoring, and resolving exceptions.
• Handling production incidents and support requests within our SLA.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for access issues and escalate, as necessary.
• Incorporating process changes and updates into the Standard Operation Procedures (Runbook) in SharePoint.
• Participate in all Scrum ceremonies.
• Perform scheduled tasks supporting deployments and releases.
