About the Role:
As a vital part of our firm, you will assist in estate planning and probate matters, ensuring clients receive the highest level of service. You will work closely with attorneys, managing legal documents, maintaining case files, and providing client support.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Experience: 1-3 years in a paralegal or office setting with exposure to Estate planning and probate procedures
✅ Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; experience with CLIO matter management system preferred
✅ Client-Focused Approach: Strong communication skills with the ability to convey empathy and guide clients through complex planning solutions
✅ Organizational Excellence: Highly detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently
✅ Education: At least 2 years of college or completion of a paralegal certification in estate planning/probate law
