π Your Role & Impact
As a Project Manager, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of solar installation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, you will play a pivotal role in project execution and client satisfaction.
π§ Key Responsibilities
- π° Review and approve project budgets before client proposals are finalized.
- π Draft, review, and deliver AIA Contracts to subcontractors.
- π Develop work plans and coordinate personnel assignments for each project phase.
- π€ Collaborate with stakeholders to outline project scope, duties, and responsibilities.
- ποΈ Lead project teams to maintain schedules and meet budget targets.
- π Provide monthly revenue and cost forecasts based on project timelines.
- π’ Prepare and present project status reports to management and clients.
- π Ensure seamless coordination between internal teams, clients, and external partners.
- π‘ Address project challenges with creative and effective solutions.
- β Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
- βοΈ Oversee project designs for solar PV systems if you have an electrical engineering background.
- π Conduct on-site supervision when needed (up to 25% travel required).
π― What Weβre Looking For
- π Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or 3 years of related experience (or an equivalent combination of both).
- π Preferred Certifications: PMP, NABCEP, or similar industry-recognized credentials.
- π» Technical Skills:
- π₯οΈ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project, or Smartsheets).
- π Familiarity with ERP systems (Sage preferred).
- π Ability to interpret contracts, plans, specifications, and regulations.
- ποΈ Strong grasp of engineering, architectural, and construction drawings.

ποΈ Physical Requirements
- π¦οΈ Ability to inspect job sites in all weather conditions, including climbing, bending, and stretching.
- πͺ Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
