Title : SAP PP/QM Lead
Location : Minneapolis MN(Hybrid)
Job Description (Must Have):
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- 10 to 12 Years of SAP Production & Quality and Plant Maintenance experience
- Excellent business process analysis and redesign experience, business analytical problem solving skills, and the ability to quickly identify problems and recommend solutions.
- Required to have a good knowledge in below functions:
- SAP Production Planning – Discrete Manufacturing, Production Order Process, Planning Process – MRP, Sales and Operations Planning (SOP), MPS, SAP Batch Management, Serial Number Management, PP/QM Configuration, Baseline Configuration
- SAP Quality Management – Master data, inspection plan, calibration inspection, Quality certificate, Quality Notification, Control charts, Sample Management,
- Sap Plant Maintenance - SAP PM/QM and PS process configuration
- Experience in project cut-over, successful go-live and client handling during PGLS and alignment with AMS teams will be valued.
- Work independently and in cooperation with others on multiple activities, with flexibility to manage competing demands and changing priorities
- Follow change control process for configuration of adjustments or enhancements; Perform configuration, develop functional specifications for enhancements and other programming changes including collaboration with ABAP development team, test all enhancements, changes, and break-fixes, and execute user acceptance testing for new or modified processes and system components.
- Ensure compliance with Change Control procedures for on-going changes, enhancements and projects, and maintain operational procedures around supported environments.
- Maintain Document Repository for business and IT purposes.
- Integration experience with plant maintenance applications and MES applications, Knowledgeable of the integration points with Supply Chain, Materials Management, Finance, Project Systems, Data and Reporting

- Design and Architecture
- Design end-to-end SAP S/4HANA solutions for Production Planning (PP) and Quality Mgmt. (QM) to align with business goals and industry best practices.
- Provide architectural oversight for master data, including Bills of Materials (BOMs), Work Centers, Routing, and Inspection Plans.
- Ensure seamless integration of PP and QM with other SAP modules, including MM, SD, and EWM
- Lead the design of shop floor control processes using SAP PP-PI, MRP, and Capacity Planning.
