The company is looking for an experienced Concrete Construction Superintendent to oversee projects in North Dakota. This role requires strong project management skills and the ability to supervise multiple construction projects, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety at every stage.

Experienced Leader : Minimum 5 years of experience in concrete flatwork supervision
Technical Expertise : Skilled in concrete forming, finishing, site work, and safety management

Qualifications
3 years of experience as a Concrete Finisher
Proficiency in construction tools, mini-excavators, skid steers, and concrete pouring
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift 50-100 lbs
Strong leadership, time management, and delegation skills
Any OSHA training, ACI certifications, CDL, etc. are a plus.
Responsibilities
Lead and supervise concrete flatwork crews to ensure safety, efficiency, and quality
Read and interpret construction plans to execute projects effectively
Coordinate with Project Managers, Estimators, and Operations teams
Plan and manage daily labor, materials, and equipment needs
Ensure all job sites comply with OSHA safety standards
Identify and resolve project challenges to maintain timelines and budgets
