What are the responsibilities and job description for the Corporate Attorney position at Teksky?
We are seeking a mid-level corporate attorney to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have handled a variety of corporate transactional matters (real estate related a plus but not essential) such as JV agreements, operating agreements, private placement syndication docs, asset and stock / membership interest purchase agreements, senior secured loans, mezzanine loans and preferred equity documents. Experience in development agreements and AIA Contracts is also helpful. Familiarity with partnership taxation is also a plus, but not essential.
Closely held business transactions are on our desks frequently as well. Variety is the one thing consistent about our work.
