- Minimum of 5 years in an electrician or foreman role
- Knowledge of the current National Electrical Code (NEC) and local codes, and does not take shortcuts
- Ability to understand and install off of blueprints and specifications that are job specific
- Deep understanding of both commercial and residential electrical systems
- Ability to handle difficult customer issues
- Experience with technology and inspecting installation daily
- Understanding change orders, building plans, and installation manuals
- Ability to excel in planning and executing the plan
