A boutique litigation firm in downtown Boston, seeks a highly motivated Associate with 4-6 years of litigation experience to join our team. Our firm specializes in medical and legal malpractice, whistleblower, discrimination, employment and business litigation matters and regularly takes matters to trial. Associates are frequently tasked with court arguments, taking and defending depositions, and client management. Competitive salary and benefits package. Remote\hybrid schedule.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Juris Doctorate
- 4-6 years of litigation experience as a practicing attorney
- License to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts; or eligible for admission within one year of hire
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work under pressure independently and as part of a team
- Ability to think strategically and act proactively to create strong trust and confidence with clients
- Strong innovative problem-solving capabilities
