Personal Injury Paralegal (Plaintiff) Job Description
Teksky LLC is seeking an experienced paralegal to join our plaintiff personal injury team. This role presents a unique opportunity to make a real impact in a collaborative and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft Summonses and Complaints for clients involved in personal injury cases.
- Develop Bills of Particulars to support case strategies.
- Respond to discovery demands from opposing parties.
- Interact directly with clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met.
- Contribute to trial preparation by analyzing evidence and developing case materials.
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in personal injury law.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Certification as a Notary Public is highly desirable.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, are an asset.
