Good understanding of how recycled material flows and is processed through a material recovery facility.
Plant maintenance procedures include electrical, pneumatics, hydraulic and mechanical systems.
Microsoft Office including MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
Good analytical skills including the capture and analysis of pertinent data to determine changes needed to optimize the production process.
Ability to organize and delegate work responsibilities as necessary
Excellent organizational, time management & multi-tasking skills.
Supervisory and intrapersonal skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Good verbal and written communication skills in the English language, Spanish a plus.
Ability to work with all levels of staff and management as well as all customers, large and small, commercial or municipal.
