🎓 Requirements

✅ Bachelor’s in Construction Management or equivalent

✅ 5 years total construction experience (2 in Project Engineering)

✅ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel essential)

✅ Experience with project management software (Heavy Job preferred)

✅ Detail-oriented, creative problem solver, team collaborator

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

📑 Project Oversight

• Review bid documents, specs, budgets & contracts

• Support Project Manager and Superintendent

• Maintain project controls: submittals, RFIs, change orders

• Identify and document design/owner changes

• Track costs and earnings with budget accuracy

🏗️ Field Operations

• Collaborate with field teams for safe, timely delivery

• Secure permits & approvals with local agencies

• Conduct jobsite visits and monitor progress

• Attend client and site meetings as needed
