Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading projects from inception to completion ensuring that they are delivered on time within scope and in alignment with our strategic objectives. Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of project planning execution and delivery.
- Facilitate meetings with to gather requirements and provide updates on project status.
- Utilize Project Server and content management systems to track project progress and documentation.
- Manage subcontractors and team members providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Complete and Organize Project Documentation
- Maintain Project Budget though out project
- Own Project Schedule
- Manage change effectively by anticipating potential challenges and developing mitigation strategies.
- Address conflicts promptly through effective conflict management techniques.
- Develop process maps to visualize workflows and identify areas for improvement.
