We are a close-knit firm with four other attorneys and support staff in the heart of downtown Petaluma. - No billable hour requirements;
- Unlimited vacation time;
- 401k plan where we contribute an extra 3% of your compensation (no matching required);
- In addition to fixed compensation, we provide discretionary payouts to staff depending on year-end evaluations and the profitability of the firm. Previous profit sharing distributions and bonuses have totalled up to $26,000, but this amount is not guaranteed nor is it a limit on how much in discretionary bonuses may be paid out to employees;
