Responsibilites
Define and implement IAM and PAM standards, processes, and controls to strengthen security and reduce risk
Lead the design and deployment of privileged access solutions JIT, Zero Standing Privilege, credential vaulting, session monitoring, and more
Manage and optimize key technologies like:
BeyondTrust (Password Safe, EPM, Privileged Remote Access)
Azure Entra, Active Directory, MFA, SSH Key Management
SIEM, PowerShell, and Linux-based environmentsEstablish and enforce security policies, procedures, and compliance standards aligned with industry regulations
Partner with business and IT leaders to prioritize security initiatives based on risk, compliance, and strategic alignment
Mentor and grow a high-performing IAM team, including vendors and contractors
Support security efforts across all IT projects ensuring access governance is embedded from day one
Help shape budgets, performance metrics, and the roadmap for future IAM capabilitie
