BI / Data Engineer with Azure (Onsite in Downtown Chicago) - Contract

TekStream is seeking a BI / Data Engineer with Azure for our Financial Services Client in Chicago (3 days per week onsite. This is a 6 months contract with possible extensions.

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in BI development. Expertise in Qlik Sense is a plus.
  • Strong background in data modeling, ETL processes, and back-end development.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing intuitive and effective data visualizations.
  • Proficiency working with large, complex data sets.
  • Experience with Azure data platforms , such as Azure SQL, Data Factory, or Synapse Analytics and ingesting data from 3rd party operational systems via API, connectors, or files required.
