A valuable TekStream client is seeking a highly skilled Records and Information Management Consultant / SME to join their collaborative team in support of a major Federal program in Washington, DC & REMOTE (with a very limited need for travel).
Seeking active Top Secret clearance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Consult with the federal client on strategic improvements to RIM programs, conduct comprehensive assessments, and provide actionable optimization recommendations.
Implement successful strategies for enhancing records classification, retention policies, and overall program efficiency.
Develops and implements records management policies aligned with regulations, industry standards, and the agency’s needs.
Educates stakeholders on the importance of effective RIM practices and their impact on the Bureau’s efficiency and compliance.
REQUIREMENTS
Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or equivalent
Minimum of 7 years of RIM consulting experience
Active Top Secret clearance
Willing to travel within the continental United States
Excellent customer service skills to adequately handle the needs of government program managers and their SMEs
Detail-oriented with ability to work in a high-pressure environment handling sensitive and / or classified information while meeting multiple deadlines
