Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze and define 3DX requirements for various divisions.
- Develop a change management plan for 3DX adoption, including data migration and training.
- Engage key stakeholders and communicate the impact, benefits, and progress of 3DX implementation.
- Conduct training sessions and enablement programs for employees.
- Monitor adoption, address resistance, and align solutions with business needs.
- Create user scenarios for validation and business alignment.
- Provide proactive support for PLM-related issues and business-critical challenges.
- Work closely with project teams to integrate 3DX activities into overall plans.
- Track KPIs to measure and optimize adoption success.
